Hello.  My name is Russell Harper and I am a 4th Dan Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do.  I have over 15 years experience, beginning my training in Andover, Hampshire, in 1994.  I relocated to Hertfordshire as a Green Belt and joined the Stevenage Club. 

I successfully graded for 1st Dan in April 2000 and qualified as an instructor in November of the same year.  I have since passed my 2nd Dan (April 2002), 3rd Dan (April 2005) and 4th Dan (April 2009) gradings and I am a qualified competition referee.  As an instructor with the TAGB, I have basic first aid training, I hold all of the required insurances and I have been fully CRB checked.

I live in Stevenage with my wife Rachel and my daughter Abby.
